My wife's maiden name is Toney and Fred was her uncle though I am not sure how many greats were in front of his uncle. When we first met and she found out how crazy I was about the Reds, she told me about him and I was like yeah right, but she truly is related to him. So I have a special place for him in my heart for ole' Fred. And usually a special place for him on my What If Sports Reds related teams.
