Yep... That is T.Wood and his Uncle. On the day he signed with ARKANSAS which was in Nov. 04 then FINALLY in JUNE 05 right after he was drafted he got a HAIRCUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
