Sweep the Pirates and I'll continue to believe

If not, I'll finally give up and say nice season and look forward to next year.

4.5 out of the WC

6 out of the division

You do the math.

Sadly, it's over, even if we sweep the Pirates

Sweep the Pirates and take at least two out of three from the Padres and there is still at least a pulse.

Borgman's cartoon posted somewhere on here today hit far too close to home. We really do need the paddles. This team is in full cardiac arrest.

I agree, if they could pull that off, then they have a pulse. Just don't feel good about the odds of that happening though. Winning 5 of 6 when Kim is likely to start one of the games is a tall order.

The way this team is playing, if we lost 2 out 3 to the Pirates I wouldn't be surprised. I really believed in this team until that West Coast trip, but know I think we might end up with the same record as last year. At least at this pace.

I agree in total with you Homer, We need to keep the faith, if we mathematically have a chance, I don't see why any of you are on here if you are just now giving up, we have a chance, why not give all the love and hope to your Cincinnati Reds. They are our team guys!
