Clay Buchholz, a rookie for the Red Sox making only his second major league start is throwing a no-hitter through 8 innings against the Orioles.

Had he done this a week or two ago, he would have been sent down regardless. That's why he waited until tonight.
I'm pulling for him, but if I had a dollar for every time someone lost one of these in the ninth... I just know one of our stat heads is going to tell me just how much money I'd have...

I was at Yankee Stadium on Thursday and watched Wang take his no hitter into the 7th inning. It's the closest I have come to seeing a no hitter and man its something fun to watch.

Congrats to the Orioles. Give up 30 runs for the first time in a century and not much later get no-hit by a rookie in his second career start. What a season!
