Smith again (I'm assuming he's healthy.)

Re: Who is Redszone's #21 prospect?
I went with Juan Carlos Sulbaran. He struggled some during his pro debut but he still managed to post a strong strikeout rate which indicates to me that his stuff was good. Control is his biggest issue at this point. He's still young (just turned 20 last month), so I don't see the need to rush him. I would start him back in Dayton to begin the 2010 season.

Sulbaran. He has the skills and athleticism to be very good. He has a long way to go with the mental side of the game though.

Still going with Rojas. His last name even translates to "Reds"!

Well, since I was the only one to opt for Tuttle last time, I'll give him a shout here but vote for somebody with a better chance. Rojas.

When he's been healthy, he's been very impressive. I'm going with Lotzkar.

He is available now. The 'other' option is always usable.

Re: Who is Redszone's #21 prospect?
I'd vote for Pedro again but since he's getting no love let me go with Jordan Smith here.

Re: Who is Redszone's #21 prospect?
I went with Lotzkar. Crazy K potential but injured more often than Mark Prior.
