Evan Meek
What would you be willing to offer the Pirates for Evan meek. With Votto a fixture at first for many years to come , would Alonso be to much to give up for a righty compliment to Rhodes?

Yes it would be. Although he has been outstanding this year, Meek's minor league track record is not very good. He got things together in AAA, but struggled at the lower levels. Other than that I don't know much about his scouting report and haven't seen him pitch but an inning this season, so I don't know if he is a pitcher who has turned the corner and has dominant stuff, or is just having a great run at the beginning of the season.
