BP Scoresheet League
In a moment of weakness, I signed up for the Scoresheet League being run through Baseball Prospectus, and I could use some advice.
In a Scoresheet League, you name a lineup at the beginning of the week, then at the end of the week the games are simmed on a computer using the real-life stats for your players during that week. This particular league is an NL-only keeper league, and the draft is Saturday the 29th with Will Carrol of BP hosting. So in a keeper league such as this, what importance do you place on this year as opposed to future value? Does this setup make a guy like Oswalt more desirable than a Schilling, for example? I'm thinking Vlad at #1, but beyond that I don't know which way to go. Also, if anyone else from RedsZone is in this league, let me know. I'd enjoy talking with you. |
