How much notice for playoff dates and times?

I was just wondering if anyone happens to know how much notice is usually given before the dates and times of games are determined?

Thanks

They probably won't announce times until after the WC games are played I think the days are already set, with the best record playing the first series v. the WC winner and the other two in series two. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: How much notice for playoff dates and times?

You're right. So basically, it comes down to if we pass the Nats at this point. If we do, we'll be home Oct 10-12. If we don't, we'll be home Oct 9-11.

I think they have to wait to make it official in case there is like an 11 team tie or something, but I don't anticipate anything crazy looking at the standings.

Now the times, good luck with that. Basically impossible to determine although if we start in SF we can assume we have Sat/Sun 4PM or later just based on time zones. I would predict 4 both days, but I'm guessing.

BTW, I realize I didn't really answer your question. I have no idea.
