We have no clue how much he is hurt. He hit the wall, then ran after the ball and made a throw. He is still down, but I don't think he broke or tore anything in his leg.

Hamilton slams into the wall hard in right center on a drive in the gap. Looks to be down with a back injury and in obvious pain. He's 2-5 with a triple in the game.

Id say shoulder or back. His legs are fine.

They seem to be checking the hip/upper leg area.

Maybe tailbone or something? Looks like he hit the fence square with his lower back/upper leg.

Just exchanged idea on twitter with someone. Our guesses were bruised hip or bruised tailbone.

To get back to something good from the game though, Josh Ravin threw 2 perfect innings with 3 ground outs and 3 strikeouts. Sat 97-98. Now has 2 walks and 13 strikeouts in 12.2 AFL innings.-

AWESOME play by another Reds' farmhand, Partch, flipping a squibber to the C to get an out at home with no outs. Wow.

Hamilton maybe bruised kidney? I could even see it being a rib injury.
Agree that Ravin looked good. He should probably go on the 40 man.

With Ravin, if he isn't protected, someone will take him. Dude hit 101 this fall. Someone will take a look at that in the spring if the Reds don't.

Not sure about the changing/stickying.... Hamilton, while an important prospect, is still a minor leaguer.

Hamilton is on the field hugging all the guys after they won. My guess is, he is just really sore, but ultimately fine.
