Dayn Perry lists Homer Bailey as High-A level All-Star

Age: 20 Acquired: 1st round, 2004, La Grange HS (La Grange, TX) 2006 Top 100 Rank: #91 Bailey's mid-90s heater and hard curve are great pitches, but in past seasons he's struggled with his control and to develop his off-speed stuff. This season, however, Bailey sports a 3.31 ERA, improved control and more strikeouts than innings.
