Re: ORG thread on greatest games in Reds history

There is a thread on the Old Red Guard board about the 50 greatest games in Reds history.

I'm unable to post on that board (yet, hopefully,) but I really wanted to add to that discussion one game that immediately came to my mind.

Friday, August 17, 2001: Jose Rijo's comeback.

I was there that night. I've never been to a World Series game. The only playoff game I've ever been to was the 1999 playoff against the Mets. Maybe this is a great moment more than a great game, but I've never experienced a more electric feeling at the ballpark than I did that night.
