Junior dropped to 4th? Interesting...

Got the A-team going (not counting the 9-hole). Facing a guy who shut them down on Aug. 2... 4 hits in the game, 3 of them were solo HRs (Griffey, Hatteberg & Clayton).

Re: 8/28/06 - Reds @ Dodgers

This lineup is going to have to get some base hits tonight and advance some runners. Dodgers have a pretty big advantage on paper tonight.

Re: 8/28/06 - Reds @ Dodgers

Couple of thoughts:

I love this line up because its different. Might not be better but it can be any worse than the past 3 games.

Todd Hollandsworth is going to explode this game. I say 2-5 with a 2 run hr. He's due to burst out because while he may be bad he is not as bad as he has played.

I hope you're right! Something needs to get them going again!

I have a hard time calling any lineup that doesn't have Dunn in it the "A-team". I do like EE hitting 3rd and Junior dropping to 4th.

I agree but Dunn struggles against Penny and is in need of a night off. This is as good of time as any.

I agree with that. I still wouldn't call this lineup the "A-team". This is where I really wish the Reds had a decent 4th outfielder.

Difference between our Reds and a REAL contender:

Todd Hollandsworth vs. Shawn Green

Enough Said . . . .

Freel starts the game with a good AB and a walk
