I have a feeling the Cards are going to the series....let's hope the Mets have something to say about that tonight and keep this thing alive.

Re: NLCS game 6 thread

Go Mets.
The opening graphics made the Mets' '86 series apperence look as if it happened in the 1940s. Making me feel old.

Meanwhile, I am finding it interesting that they are make it a huge deal that this is the first time the Mets have a chance at the championship in 20 years. The last time the Cards won a championship? Four years before that.
Being in New York does buy one more media.

Not only that, but the St. Louis obsession with said patch.

This should be the Mets Home uniform. Period.

Ditch the black.

Do they not teach you how to count in manager school?

That Reyes homer was a nice shot. I thought I felt the energy changing, and maybe the tide.

Also, Matt, in my head Spezio was the one who ended the Reds' season. Not our pitching, not our offense, but Spezio. Punk.

Teams should wear white at home. But that's another thread.
