Pacers/Warriors....
How do you guys feel about the big deal that went down yesterday?
Pacers get: - Michael Dunleavy - Troy Murphy - Ike Diogu - Keith McCleud (sp?) Warriors get: - Al Harrington - Stephen Jackson - Sarunas Jascekfeivicous - Josh Powell As a Pacers fan, I have mixed feelings about the deal. (Most ppl are near rioting) Very glad to see Jackson get out of here (jackson + cali = prison time). I've heard a bunch of rumors of us trading Dunleavy for Maggette, so that would make a little more sense (don't really see the Clippers doing that though). It seems like an OK deal for both sides considering Ike is a beast. Wish we would have got a draft pick or something though... |

I like it. I love getting rid of Jackson, legal problems aside he's not good, he thinks "pass" is some sort of curse word.
Murphy is usually a double double guy (something Harrington's not and probably never will be, 8 years in is he getting better?) I'll take Murphy's 14-15 and 10-11 over Al's 16-17 and 6, or atleast call it even. I'll take Dunleavy over Jackson anyday and Diogu over Jasekevicius that's not even close.

I'm hoping a change of scenery can help out Dunleavy/Murphy
Also, if Sarunas wouldn't have been involved in the trade, I think we would have set a record for most white guys on a team. |
