New Reds DVD coming out April 24th
I know a lot of us bought the Reds 1975 DVD set last year. There is a new Reds DVD coming out April 24th. This is not a complete World Series but it is the highlight films of the 1975, 1976 and 1990 World Series on one DVD. Amazon is selling it for $14.99. You can find it here:

This is great! I paid $19.95 apiece for these on VHS back in the early 90s. On the other hand, I think I just wasted some of my time and resources about three months ago, when I converted my three VHS tapes to DVD, complete with duplicated box art (to use as DVD box insert).

Possibly because those two have other "credits" on Amazon. I clicked on Johnny Bench's name to reveal that he also "starred" in a 1970 Bob Hope special and the ridiculous Nick Lachey/Jessica Simpson Christmas Special from a few years ago.

I particularly look forward to seeing the '76 World Series. It gets lost in the shuffle sometimes because of the '75 World Series being the best of all time, and it was such a dominating performance by the Reds. You rarely see footage from that series.
