I'm happy to hear that the O's have a deal. Their facility is one step removed from not having indoor plumbing. Now we need to get someone with 10 million dollars to throw around. My question would be, what does the developer get out of it? Glory, prestige, return on investment, what? Sounds like a tough sell.
