That little girl is Adam McKay's daughter -- he's a writer and director (40-Year-Old Virgin, among others) and he's the other guy in the clip. Here's some trivia for you: Adam McKay is married to Jeremy Piven's sister, so that's Jeremy Piven's niece.
Adorable kid.

The language in that clip is not safe for the workplace, but it is funny. Headphones or low volume would be appropriate for that situation.
I liked the Zombie-American clip on that site.
