They just talked about Ahrens and said he was a pretty good shortstop but everyone knew he will be moving to 3rd base.

They just did their mock draft Kevin Goldstein had us picking Matt Dominguez at 15. John Mayo had us picking Kevin Ahrens. Also Goldstein had Ahrens going to Texas at 24 so he probably won't be around when we pick again at 34.

I don't follow enough to really know but isn't dominguez higher ranked than Ahrens? if he's still there I'd think he'd have to be the pick.

BA has Dominguez at 13 and Ahrens at 22 so yeah Dominguez has the higher ranking. But they also say its a deep draft and after the top 7 or 8 there really isn't a huge gap between the next tier of players.
