Well you know the first 4 years or so are key, potting training, learning to tie his shoes ext, it's what makes real ballplayers

He had that bad summer when he was 9 and missed time with chicken pox , then got repeated cases of poison ivy , which affected his concentration in the field and at bat.

Then around 13 he hit that stage where he was always upset with the organization and repeatedly demanded trades and told his coaches he hated them and wanted to leave.
