Re: Cincy at Pitt

Early on I was scared that the Bengals might actually slow down a good QB. Thank goodness the trusty soft zone coverage put a stop to that threat.

Re: Cincy at Pitt

Is this Groundhog's Day? It's the same thing every year against the Stealers. Has the Bengals defense even breathed on Roethlisberger at all tonight? They have given up 12 sacks the past 2 weeks to the two worst teams in the league and yet the Bengals defense can't even get in the backfield. And another thing, as much as the defense gets railed, when is the offense actually going to step up and play like it is supposed to?

was just getting ready to say the same thing--sick and tired of making Roethlisberger look like Unitas/Manning/Brady/Namath every friggin game

Rudi had not been Rudi all year, due to injury and a poor front line. This forces you into 3rd and long a lot of times and not alot of points. I would like to know the amount of points scored this year and the same time last year. I bet it's staggering.

Re: Cincy at Pitt

I think overall, Carson is a better quarterback than Rothelisberger, but tonight Ben is really playing well.

I mean this offense used to be so much fun to watch. I know the conditions aren't ideal tonight but more often than not this year the offense has been painful to watch...

That's a fumble for sure. Not even close.

Re: Cincy at Pitt

I know people will complain about Lewis' challenges, but it seems every close one or play that really should go the Bengals' way doesn't.

Re: Cincy at Pitt

Willie Parker's trying to help NBC keep some viewers. I'm sure the Bengal offense will respond with a mighty field goal attempt...

Re: Cincy at Pitt

There's no excuse for the Bengals losing this game. They're up 3-1 in turnover margin.
