Re: Lesbian couple almost ejected from Mariners game
Oh yeah, we need to protect ourselves from having to see any gay activity. All the while, teams like the Marlins run a bunch of strippers, uh, cheerleaders out there every night.
But that's ok, right? Seems like incredible hipocrisy to me.

Re: Lesbian couple almost ejected from Mariners game
I don't care if your heterosexual or homosexual.... public display of affection, and I'm referring to groping and not able to keep your hands off one another, is a little too much for anyone to take.
We have a lesbian couple living here, and being that Bellefontaine is a small-to-mid-sized town (and fairly conservative), it easily gets noticed. Why? Because whenever I've seen them out in public, whether it's at the local Kroger or WalMart, they are, IMO, and due to the overt behavior they are displaying in public which is not simply holding hands, they are intentionally trying to draw attention to themselves. They're in their early 20's I'd say, always giggling and looking around to see if anyone is watching them. And of course everyone ignores them. But a couple times I've been tempted (because I'm honery) to have a George Costanza "moment".... ![]() George: Listen. Let me ask you something. If you and Mona were ever to... dance, how do you decide who leads? I mean... do you take turns? Do you discuss it beforehand? How does that work? Susan: You're an idiot. George: Why? That's a *legitimate* sociological question.

Wow 4 pages and no one has mentioned the couple that had sex in the hotel at the skydome with the curtains open during a game.

Re: Lesbian couple almost ejected from Mariners game
So most of us agree that the line should be drawn at groping and/or exposing of certain body parts? Straight or Gay? How about players who pat each other on the bottoms? Is that a grope? And is it straight?

Re: Lesbian couple almost ejected from Mariners game
Straight, gay, or whatever, I think there is just a standard of what is appropriate in public. When I'm with my wife in public, we are somewhat more subdued than we would be in our home. Not that I have problem with behaving otherwise, but I have enough control to wait until we're home.
