give us your best ghost story. I haven't ever personally experienced an encounter with a ghost or spirit but like hearing about them from others that have. Below is a great website with tons of ghosts stories people have written in. It's a great way to waste an evening and scare yourself to death.

Let me recommend Ghost Hunters on SciFi if you are at all interested in ghosts. I consider myself a skeptic, but this is a great series and keeps you entertained. I've heard many stories, but I hate when people make them up and you can tell, but they still show up on "documentaries." Bobby Mackey's (http://www.bobbymackey.com/hellsgate.html) in our own back yard is supposed to be great example of paranormal activity, but anywhere that has a psychic named Echo investigate it loses some credibility. I prefer scientific evidence rather than someone telling me what they supposedly see.

I know Bobby, and while he himself was a strong skeptic at first, there have definitely been some very strange things that happened there. They filmed a special for the Discovery Channel there not all that long ago, I believe.

Yeah, I saw that. It's interesting, I just wish a true scientific investigation would be performed instead of the whole psychic investigation thing. I don't doubt things have happened. I'd love to see Ghost Hunters do an investigation.

I always wondered a few things abour ghosts. Who decides what clothes they wear when they appear? Do they have a wardrobe?

Someone said ghosts wear what they were wearing when they died as people. What if I died wearing parachute pants? That wouldn't be very scary, and I'd be stuck in clothes that don't age very well, fashion wise.

Or what if I died in the raw?

And is being a ghost something you apply for, or do you get chosen?

Also- I can't imagine a worse existence. You have to stay up all night, for eternity, rattling things around trying to scare people when most just attribute your hard work to "the house settling."
