It's a common discussion. Basically, there are some available (with Small Ball being the most popular), but supposedly none of them are good (yet).

The only thing close to what you're looking for that I enjoy even a little bit is Computer Simulated Fantasy Baseball League.

Like they said, for a quarterback, you need at least 300 FP to go up one level. At the lower levels, I wouldn't even bother leveling up to be honest with you. If you're not going to buy flex points, you might be better off retiring your player and getting a player that requires less FP to level up (i.e. a punter or offensive lineman). They may be less exciting players, but you'll be significantly more in demand and have a better chance of being on a good team.

I may just do that. I actually forgot about the site for a few weeks until today.
