Woman in labor ticketed on way to hospital
I'm sure most have heard this story on the news.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28055102/ Now I can understand the officer initially stopping them. But once he realizes whats going on, I think he should have used better discretion in this situation. If that had been me and my wife - and when our first child was born almost 20 years ago we barely made it to the hospital - I probably would have lost it on this officer and gotten arrested.
