Great Hands
This story first brought to mind the character in The Princess Bride, Count Rugen, the six fingered man. But then I thought how you're always looking for great hands in baseball. This story about a baby who was born with six fingers and six toes on each hand and foot mentions there has been a major league pitcher with six fingers, Antonio Alfonseca.
An interesting story: http://www.ktvu.com/news/18608582/detail.html#-
