Re: MySpace or Facebook
I haven't yet done myspace figuring my website is enough. But I did just join facebook about a week ago. I'm still trying to find my sea-legs with it. It's kinda cool because you get to quickly interact with people that you normally don't have the time to call.. it feels less intrusive to send a note. So far, I kinda like it.

Re: MySpace or Facebook
I use Facebook. I actually tried to avoid both Facebook and MySpace for quite some time but I eventually got into Facebook over the last few months, at least a little bit.
I did create a RedsZone group as was suggested in the thread as I had a few minutes to kill. Just search "RedsZone" on Facebook and it should pop right up. It'd be nice to still talk baseball if the site goes black temporarily as it does sometimes happen with big news coming in. http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=69283931275 |

Re: MySpace or Facebook
Yeah, that about sums it up for me.
Like others, I have found many old friends via Facebook and have found it to be quite fun. And I like not having to wait for five minutes for a profile to open, only to have my speakers blown out. Sure on MySpace I get PMs every day from women half my age who are way out of my league...but, golly gee, none of them seem to reply to my replies. EDIT: Oh, yeah, great idea on the Redszone group. I'm in. |

Re: MySpace or Facebook
I liked Facebook for a while, but recently, all my relatives found me there, so now I'm thinking about starting a new account with fake information. I don't want people to find me just by knowing where I graduated and about how old I am. Sorry, I'm just kind of venting. I definitely prefer Facebook over MySpace.

Re: MySpace or Facebook
A friend of me hounded me to get facebook so to shut him up I finally signed up and am hooked. I seem to find people I thought were lost for ever every week. It is great in that sense. Will sign up for the Redszone group.

Guys, ignore Puffy. All he talks about is how much beer he drinks and how many wings he eats.

Re: MySpace or Facebook
Signing up now, but I'm in a rural part of WV with a bad signal. I'm getting dial up speeds on my wireless broadband.
