Dorn seems of late to be "getting it". Hope it continues, he may prove to be a better option to some of the fringe OF's currently on the team.
Yes, I said OF. While he's been playing a lot of 1st, he is traditionally LF, and that's where he's playing right now. |

Dorn homered in 1st AB tonight.
The problem is that The Crusty Baker would never play him as he's not SuperFast. It's much better to have a guy with a .200 AVG and .260 OBP hit 4 times a game, because those few times he gets on base, he'll be such a problem for the pitcher. |
