Re: 8/15/09 Reds vs Nats

Looks like Cueto is ready to implode.

Sounds like Johnny's head is the problemo here again once adversity hits.

Six? You're counting Cueto among those six, then. More like five.

It's been his problem since day one.

What I was saying is that Cueto has a better chance of doing damage than those three...

Cueto needs a lot of work.

The Reds offense needs to be disbanded.

Adam Dunn with 31 dingers and 86 RBI's. Nah, we didn't need that. We had pitching and defense.

Nice recovery by Cueto to get Dunner.

I'd be walking Willingham here, but, oh well.

I thought that throw to Votto was headed for Section 133.

He would only have 68 RBI's on 31 homers if he were still here.

Re: 8/15/09 Reds vs Nats

Johnny Cueto doesn't have any of the laces tied on his glove, and it costs the Reds a run.

Looks cool though, don't it?

Re: 8/15/09 Reds vs Nats

I think I've seen everything. Pitching and fielding?

Just take Cueto out, send him to the showers, and call the game.

I've had it. The bases are loaded and the game's over.

No, the opposing starter has a 5.40 ERA, surely they'll come back.

Oh, that's right....they haven't been able to beat any pitcher with that kind of an era in months.

seems to me the Nats are probably not the worst team in the NL anymore

Heh. 7-0. Cueto lasts less than 3 innings and is headed for being unworthy of starting a game on this staff.

When was the last time the Reds scored 8 runs? I can't remember.
