Arthur Rhodes: at what point do we try to sign him for 2011?
Rhodes has been outstanding as a Red. Simply outstanding.
Despite being 40 years old he can still pitch.
This years line: 10.2 IP 3 hits 2BB/12K 1 ER
He is a free agent after this year. If he continues to pitch well I'd like him back for 2011. Obviously if we wait until the offseason he'll hit the open market.
Should Walt try to extend him now?
Wait until later in the year?
Wait until the offseason?
How much will it take for 2011?
What if he wants another 2 years deal?
