Arroyo's pitched well 5 starts in a row. I expect another well-pitched game from him.
BTW, Cabrera's done great from the #1 hole so far this season...hitting over .300 w/ an OBP of almost .340. |

Phillips has been hitting something luike .860 OPS in the 2 hole as well.

Why couldn't Sutton play 1st tonight? Or as earlier stated Hernandez...Or Gomes....or Owings. Heck, anybody else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drew Sutton is on the team.
All Sutton has done is hit better than any player in Louisville over the last dozen games. All Sutton has ever done his whole minor and major league careers is to get himself on base. Sutton is the perfect #2 hitter with a career OBP in the .350's+. The REDS used Sutton exclusively at First Base the last week so he could give Votto a rest. So, what does Dusty do? Puts the COMPLETELY INEPT Miguel Cairo at first base and bats him in the #2 hole. I can't wait until Baker is gone. |

Cabrera's been great at the #1 hole this season.
This first at-bat (4-pitch walk) is pure evidence that he's changed his approach this season while in that position. It's been a great benefit from the Cabrera signing. |
