How many people are on your ignore list?

Don't name names. Let's not make this personal. Just how many are on your list and maybe how much it takes for you to add someone or what things are most likely to make you add someone.

Just Reds44, that's it.

Oh and *BaseClogger*.

In all seriousness, constant negativity in game threads is the only thing that can get you on my ignore list.

I'm the first to respond to this thread! And my answer is "0"...

One. Redszone became a lot more enjoyable after I put this person on ignore.

None for me. Never really seen the point in trying to filter a portion of a conversation. If it gets to the point where any one person or multiple persons makes the forum a bad experience, then I think it's time to leave.

Use to be 1 then a user was deleted. Now it's 0.

Re: How many people are on your ignore list?

I put someone on ignore once, but other people quoted what they said all the time so it didn't do any good. Eventually this person, annoying as he was, became one of the first posters I'd read because he tended to make a lot of sense.

I agree with that. Luckily, I'm pretty laid-back, so it's unlikely for someone to annoy me enough to consider leaving RedsZone without ticking off enough other people to be not long for this place anyway.

Why can't I see any posts in this thread?

Re: How many people are on your ignore list?

I've only put two people on ignore, and neither is a registered user any more, so at this point it's zero. It's hard to get on my ignore list here, because even the opposing viewpoints are interesting to read.

I checked another site I post at, and I have 44 people on ignore. That's still a pretty small percentage of posters, but it gets very polarizing, so there are times where the ignore function comes in handy.

Re: How many people are on your ignore list?

Well, it was 41 (!) but after reading through this post I have narrowed the list down to 12 folks who just 'rub me the wrong way' & one infamous poster who was banned for being a major troll.

Re: How many people are on your ignore list?

0 for me. As long as your not an obvious troll, I enjoy reading post with opinions that differ from mine. I think it makes threads much more entertaining when your not discussing something with 100 other people who have the same opinion as you.

FCB is a quality guy, you may think his baseball POV is askew, but he's a quality guy IMO.

I also thought the 1st post laid out some pretty good ground rules for the discussion, I suppose you didn't.
