NBC.com allows you to watch their shows online, I believe Fox does too. But other than that, your alternatives are sites with pirated movies/shows, which I don't believe we are allowed to discuss here.

I forgot to mention, if you're looking to go the legal route, Netflix allows you to watch movies online now. Plus you could download from iTunes. There are also many full length TV episodes to be found on YouTube or Google Video.

Just about every major channel allows you to watch their shows online soon after the original broadcast.
It's how I watch shows like House and LOST.

By the way, just downloaded the netflix app for android that came out yesterday.
