Would you make this deal with the dodgers?????
Reds get Kershaw, Kemp and Dee Gordon
Dodgers get Volquez, Wood, Janish, Heisey, Alonso, Francisico, Boxburger, one of the 2 young catchers we have and Y. Rodriguez. I would hate to give up that much but it would fill all the weaknesses the team has. Would that be enough to get all three guys? Can the Reds handle that much money?

not at this point, the season is over. Wouldn't surprise me if the Reds sell some of the players though

if the reds got those 3 players then this season has just started over. plus it would help them in the coming years

MLB probably would not allow trades to prevent the devaluing of the team at this time.Buster Olney or someone alluded to this.Everybody says money is a factor.

Have they shortened the schedule or am I missing something? Problem with message board people (this is not nearly as bad as another on scout) is everyone has a football mentality about each loss. Lose one game in football is like 10 in baseball, we have folks who act like we have lost 20 straight rather than 2.
