Sundee 8-14-11 Minor League Games

Lotzkar made his obligatory two-inning start and Dayton is banging it around today, up 7-0 in the sixth. Duran is 2-2 with a double and walk. Torreyes is out of the lineup after being HBP last night.

This is a make-up of a suspended game. 2nd game will start at the regular time...

And this is one of the few times the ballpark is not full.

Funny you mentioned that. I watched the replay of Billy's inside the parker in the rain the other night and thought it was strange to see the stadium mostly empty.

Mike "Koko the monkey" Costanzo's single plated the tying and winning runs for the Bats with 2 outs in the 9th! Walkoff!

Carolina defeats Montgomery behind Pedro Villarreal's complete game. Rodriguez, Berry, and Campbell homered.

Oh, that explains the 2-inning thing. I recall that he left because of the delays. Thanks.

Pretty fortunate when you can win a game while getting three hits. Nice work by Maloney and Burton.

Dayton won the makeup 9-2 and leads in the third inning of the regular game, 4-0. Duran hit a 3-run HR (#14). Lotzkar is pitching. Starting both ends of the doubleheader, as it were.

The Arizona boys, down 5-0 and 8-3, win 9-8 in 12. Steve Selsky and Carlos Sanchez had three hits apiece. Gabriel Rosa was 2-3 with a double and 2 BB. Jamie Walczak got the win with three hitless innings of relief.

Just noticed that Kurtis Muller is up from Billings and in the Dayton lineup (and 2-2 with a triple). Josh Garton has been back for a couple days.
