The poll is only open for 15 minutes so it looks as if my man, Radhames, is gonna move on. Just kidding.

I just thought you needed to be taken down a notch. I see, however, that you've engaged a co-conspirator to facilitate the rout.

Pretty good choice, though. Of course, so (in my estimation) are Chacin, Renken, Quillon, Puckett, Tanner, Romano, Howell, and at least three guys who aren't on the list--Jacob Johnson, Brandon Dailey, and Mitch Clarke.

Code:
Player	AGE	TEAM	IP	WHIP	HR/9	K/9	BB/9	K/BB	ERA	LG-ERA

Guillon	19	BILL	63.0	1.968	1.6	8.7	6.6	1.30	6.57	5.06
Tuttle	20	DAY	57.1	1.378	0.3	7.8	3.3	2.38	4.87	3.77
Renken	21	DAY	113.1	1.218	0.8	11.2	3.1	3.62	3.18	3.77
Quezada 20	BILL	49.1	1.257	0.4	10.0	2.2	4.58	3.83	5.06
If anyone wants to compare stats. Both Tuttle and Renken pitched at two levels. Their stats are for the level at which they threw more innings.

Re: Who is Redszone's # 40 prospect?

Concerning Tuttle, my reluctance is that I consider he and Jacob Johnson to be sort of parallel--drafted in the same year out of high school--and Johnson has moved quicker and impressed more. The caveat, of course, is that Johnson was hurt all of last year. But since he's supposed to be okay now, I'd still vote for him ahead of Tuttle.

Went with Renken. Not a lot of stuff, but he has some good results and his stuff is a little deceptive.

I have a feeling Chacin will look pretty underrated next year...

Not unless he improves his fastball velocity. Guys with average fastballs that are relievers.... Not a ton of room to move up in prospect rankings. Fortunately, he is young enough that such a thing could occur.

Likewise. Young, big developing velocity, big signing bonus, good reports from Instructional League, no negative reports on command as of yet.

texasdave, it appears to me that you and your man have staged one of the great collapses in minor-league prospect poll history.

I feel kinda like the 1964 Philadelphia Phillies. I may change my name to SonOfGeneMauch. =)
