Vidal walks behind Lutz to have two on and no out for Mattair. Mattair popped up his bunt to the pitcher and the runners were forced to stay at first and second. Yorman followed that up with a flyout to right. It is now up to Chris Berset to continue this inning.

Berset pops up to the catcher. 1-1 in San Jose in the middle of the 8th.

Great to see Hamilton doing so well. If he can continue at this pace for the next couple months, I'd bump him up to AA and let him play CF there, especially if DiDi is still there at that time.

Who knows- he could be the starting CF in Cincy by 2014.

Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. Maybe he is just seeing a group of guys who haven't figured out his slider yet. Maybe he is throwing it for more strikes within the zone. I honestly don't know, but Pensacola plays 5 games on Milb.tv at the end of the month, so I hope to get a much better look then.
