Is it just me, or are the Reds hitting a lot of balls well that just aren't dropping tonight?

Phillips should be fined for that 1-0 swing.

I try not to whine too much about balls and strikes, but the Cubs pitchers have been given a much bigger zone than have the Reds.

Re: 5/2/2012 Reds vs Little Bears

Why is Brandon swinging for an HR when it does absolutely nothing?

3 hideous strike calls by the ump that inning. 6 inches off the plate.

It's only been 4 games against them, and we've won 2, but I'm already sick of playing the Baby Bears.

Let's face it. This is a .500 club.

We needed a new hitting coach like yesterday.

Glad I only get to see this team play 18 or so times a year on tv. Don't know how anyone can watch this team every night

Unless a new hitting coach is bringing a leadoff hitter and a cleanup hitter with him I'm not sure it would help much.

I'm about ready to find out. This was not pleasant. Glad tomorrow is not on TV and I will be at work. That's how disgusted I am.

It's not a question of talent, it's a question of approach. Brandon swinging for the fences with one out left down by two in the bottom of the ninth? What the actual f?
