Cubs have some talent over there. Jeff Smardja (don't know how to spell), Dempster, Castro, Lahair.........they might have something down the road.

Pirates just went up 3-2 on the Cardinals in the 6th inning as Jake Westbrook unravels a bit.

We didn't play good in Pitt. last year. Hopefully things change. Good thing is the Pirates are just as offensively challenged as we are..maybe worse off

When we tied it on that GDP by Mes shouldn't the Cubs have had the infield in and cut off the runner at the plate? Then go for the GDP? That's how I would have played it.

Today is Dempster and Homer's birthday. First time ever that two pitchers share a birthday and pitch against each other on that day. According to the Cubs post game
