I don't want to jinx him, but like most everyone in the pen, Hoover has been very good. I remember when we used to say around these parts that any pitcher the Braves let go of probably is overrated by other teams and will falter.
So far Hoover is spitting in the face of that. Of course, it is a small sample size and I once had high hopes for Johnny Ruffin and Ryan Wagner too. |
