One of the best played wins of the year for the Reds. I enjoy wins on the road when the Reds get a lot of hits and don't rely on homers.

Brilliant start by Bailey: 9IP, 4H, 1ER, 1BB, 5 K.

The guy leads the NL in 2B, BB, 2nd in OPS...without much of anything in front or in back of him to help. What games are you listening to? You expect him to never make any outs?
Maybe they are replaying games with Todd Benzinger hitting in 1989?

The expectations of RedsZoners have reached new heights. Disappointed in a 1.000+ OPS hitter.

Said I couldn't see. Was just wondering. The radio guys made it sound like he was struggling, especially on that last strikeout. Sorry.

Then the radio guys expectations are out of whack. He struck out against a guy with an ERA of less than 1.20 coming in...before that he could have had a homer and almost a 2B. He might have looked or sounded like he was struggling in that AB however.

He was hitting tracers all over the field at the game I attended Sunday. He could have had two more hits that game, but had to settle for a "fence scraper" that just missed the Toyota Tundra "hit this win a truck" sign. He is raking, getting very good ABs, and starting to get some pitches to hit again.
