He could have had Frazier sacrifice Heisey in to scoring position. I guess you play for the win on the road.

It's all water under the bridge now.

Seriously. Most non-Reds fans are surprised to hear that Miguel Cairo is still around.

Jocketty has to get Baker some decent bench players.

It's on him.

Seems like this team loses alot of 'well pitched games'.

Their 28-22 record would disagree with you.

When a pitcher is facing the Reds, he's in a really good position to produce a "well-pitched game." Especially with no Votto. Chicken and egg thing; I get that, but it happens far too often for us to consider crediting good opposing pitching for our offensive shortcomings.

I think Heisey had a shot to steal second - but even if he doesn't there are a lot of things that could have happen to get him into scoring position. Really, what would you have done - hit for Frazier or Cairo?
Cairo has been the worst hitter on the team.

Starting to feel like they lose every time Cueto goes out there. Can't waste these type of pitching performances, especially against the Pirates.

I was about to say the same thing. This offense just sucks and until they make some upgrades will be nlds and out and lucky to not be swept again
