I can't wait until Rolen gets back so we can go with a Rolen/Frazier platoon at third instead of Frazier/Cairo. (I know Frazier has back spasms tonight. Doesn't change my point.)

Hopefully they cut him when Rolen is activated. No need to have Miguel Cairo on this team.

Hanigan robbed of a hit

Santiago makes a nice play. Hanigan is one guy that couldn't beat that out.

The thought that the light hitting McKenry was trying to do anything more than make contact with the ball is pretty comedic.

Tigers' lineup rivals the Yankees?! Haha. I've heard it all. Here's the deal about the Tigers' lineup: They have the best three-hole/cleanup tandem in MLB ... then a bunch of "Mehs." Don't believe me? Ask any Tiger fan.

Latos strikes out. Porceloo has good breaking stuff but he's hardly overpowering - more of a finesse pitcher

I guess I like their lineup better than you Blitz - I like it better than the Reds except for Votto

Hogwash. But my point and wish for this team still applies. Again, see Pirates last night sitting on the fastball and adjusting to the slider and pulling it to left center. Perhaps the swung a bit too soon.

Most Reds fans think our lineup stinks too but fans from other teams would love to have Phillips, Bruce or Votto. Detroits problem is pitching. The Tigers have a little better lineup than just a 3 and 4 hitter. We can go position by position

Laird hits a high fly that falls in near the line. Almost looked like Bruce pulled up a bit on that one.
