Reds vs. Indians Tuesday 6/12

The only thing worse than some of the posts on Sundeck is the city of Cleveland....

Heisey CF
Valdez SS
Votto 1B
Phillips 2B
Bruce RF
Frazier 3B
Ludwick LF
Hanigan C
Cueto P

I hate the Indians more than any ML team besides maybe the Pirates. Hopefully we can beat them

I think I just threw up in my mouth. Valdez starting AND hitting second. Dusty is determined to see Votto have the lowest RBI totals for a possible MVP player ever. I would love just once for some reporter to "MAN" up and ask Dusty why can't Hanigan or even Frazier hit 2nd. Heck put Fraizer 4th, put Phillips first and Heisey 2nd..

I like Valdez on our bench because he's so versatile, and I'm cool with how we throw him a rare start here and there, but man he can't be hitting 2nd.

Hopefully he goes like 3-5 tonight.

No problem with Valdez getting a start....just bat him 8th.

Any other person in the lineup would be better at the 2 spot.

If he was a good candidate to hit 2nd....well he's start far more often.

Heisey
Phillips
Votto
Frazier
Bruce
Ludwick
Hanigan
Valdez

Well pitching matchup favors us tonight, but favors Tribe tomorrow with Lowe going against Leake and I would call Thursday's day game a toss up as both pitchers are about the same. WE really need to take tonights game and get the bad taste of Sunday out of our minds.

Fay tweeted that 5 or 6 Reds are dealing with the flu.. Including Stubbs who was gonna take BP today.

Could be why Cozart is out.

Might be.....I'd expect those flu symptoms players won't be in the dugout.

He could go 6 for 6 and it still wouldn't be smart. I remember when Paul Janish was first brought up and they kept saying he is only up for his defense as he is not ready for the big leagues offensively (Alex Gonzalez or someone went down with injury)....knowing that information Dusty threw Janish in the 2 spot some when he played.

Dusty could bat them in alphabetical order and make them hit from their opposite side tonight and they should be able to beat this chump going for the Indians. Especially with Johnny Cueto on the mound.

Don't say that. We couldn't beat Jordan Lyles of the Astros who was wallowing at AAA, and wasn't doing that well there.
