No Ryan Braun. He has a little soreness in his elbow from the plunking by Arroyo last night.

Re: 6/27/2012 Brewers at Reds Sweep Day!

Just checked the stats of Greinke vs. reds Batters.

Stubbs has hit him well (6 for 14, 2 doubles).
Ludwick is oh for 11 with 6Ks. (Heisey and Frazier oh for 3, 2Ks).
Votto 4 for 14, with 3 Hrs.

Willie Harris is 8 for 14 against Greinke. Could have used him today.

Bailey will have to be on his game today.

Maybe Stubbs can keep that oblique right like it is.

Wow, that Brewers lineup is a shell of the fearsome one they've put up the last few years. So wracked by injuries.

Of course, that means that the makeshift lineup is dropping hits all over the place and they score 8 runs and Greinke handcuffs the Reds on a 3 hitter.

Marty and Doug Flynn on the radio. I've not heard Flynn much. So I'll see what I think of him today.

1-2-3 inning for Bailey. Probably gonna need a lot of those today.

Cozart-Heisey should open a law firm specializing in making outs.

Re: 6/27/2012 Brewers at Reds Sweep Day!

If you tune in the Reds game, every day, after the first inning, you get the same line. Reds with one baserunner, Votto, no runs. It happens constantly.

Second point for today- Phillips must get a terrible break out of the batter's box. He's not slow yet he hits into a lot of DPs. On that last play, the swinging bunt to third, he should have beaten it, but for some reason he isn't that fast from home plate to first base.

Hope you are all having a good day.
