Not Reds related....but Andruw Jones just hit his 3rd HR of the day against the Red Sox. Also has 2 web gem plays in LF.

yeah -I saw the diving catch -- looked like he was 10 years younger on that one

Either Bailey physically blew his load or his mechanics are off again. I can't tell. If it his mechanics, maybe he needs to stay taller longer through his leg kick which provides the extension in his arms. His fastball was weak either way.

hehe. Notice his slider started to clock in at 90mph. That is where it should be rather than the 86-88 it has been. Sounds like we may have the answer to the Homer mystery. If he ever gets down the "feel" of his mechanics, he could be a good one. Right now, he is a contributer and nothing more.
