So much for the winning streak. I can't conceive a manager refusing to play his most productive players. But then, there's Dusty. This lineup is laughable, to put it kindly.

Pretty sad that an upgrade to the lineup would be to flip Stubbs and Leake in the battin order.

Rolen starting today is only a problem if Rolen also starts tomorrow. His lack of production needed to lead to more Frazier and I'm hoping that's what's going on.
If he still struggles in a diminished role then the talk should be about DL'ing him for the rest of the year. |

I hate these afternoon games on Saturdays. I love watching the Reds on a lazy summer Saturday night, but I haven't had many chances this year.
