Heisey is prone to missing braking balls, and this guy has a high K rate in the minors... Don't know much else about him though

But shouldn't we break up the righties?

Talk about being susceptible to a right hander....Lots of K's tonight!

Rolen batting in front of Frazier. Dusty is certifiably insane. The sooner he's gone, the better.

Too much time spent trying to understand the reasoning behind a Baker lineup can probably lead to the syndrome responsible for it in the first place.

Not a single LHH in the lineup against the RH starter. Not one.

Walt working his magic.

We will win this season in spite of Dusty.

I'd be seriously interested in knowing the last time a MLB team started 9 RHH against a RHP.

Gotta love Jocketty, though.

On acquiring a player who bats left-handed:

“I’m not sure if it is possible,” he said. “But that’s what we’re trying to do.”

Have to follow up

Nellie Fox

led the league in hits 4 years --

made the All Star team 12 times

won an MVP

led the league sacs twice

hit over .285 ten straight years --

all while playing 2B

did I miss something? -- yeah - I grew up a Nellie Fox fan

Where's Mutaman?

He's gonna love this lineup.

Re: Reds vs D'backs 7/17/12 Revamped Lineup!

I stupidly thought they would bring up Navarro to have a second LH bat while Votto is out.

But that 13th pitcher is apparently more important.
