Handedness be (darned). Bruce had 1st and 3rd with one out against a righty who was getting tagged, and he waved at a high fastball out of the zone - first pitch. I could go to the plate without a bat and give us a better outcome.

Bruce will eventually heat up and then cool off again...the end result will be a .248 average, 29 HR and 101 RBI. Ludwick, with equal PT, could produce that. I just think Jay has peaked.
