Do you think Mes ever gets tired of being a non factor?

Frazier messed that inning up. Swung like a wild man.

Darn it!
We let Harrell escape that inning. Well, at least we got on the board and the team is jacked now. Let's get 'em in the 7th. Great Defense and Great Pitching to start our bottom half of the 6th. |

Ive been brewing this over for a while but I believe Mesoraco needs to go back to AAA, his offensive skill set is just not there yet

Re: Reds vs. Astros Tuesday 7/24
the catching position is definitely an offensive weakness on this team

Mes is fine, he works well with Bailey and Leake.

Re: Reds vs. Astros Tuesday 7/24
I'd just like to see a 60-40 ratio for Hanigan and Mes. Mesoraco has shown throughout his professional baseball career that he's an excellent learner. He'll absorb what he gets taught in the Majors. He's learned enough at AAA.

Re: Reds vs. Astros Tuesday 7/24
why should he, it doesn't bother our manager. I'm not much on the "platoon" situation behind the plate. I think Hannigan is a much better option. Most teams have a starting catcher, then a back up Sunday catcher.
