I was wrong when I got excited the reds acquired Eric Milton and/or Paul Wilson |

-This year's team being a WC competitor and not division, really. I figured we would lose the division by 3-5 games and get one of the two WC slots
-Griffey acquisition being the start of a new "era" of Reds baseball in a good fashion |

Alonzo. Thought he would hit .300 this year. Not a power hitter so Petco shouldn't hurt him, as Welsh pointed out the large field spreads out the defenders to make it easier for a line-drive hitter to find gaps.
Perhaps batting cleanup gave him BP-syndrome, and he will flourish further down in the order. |

I think that in a year or two, one of these guys - Frazier, Dorn, Valaika, Cumberland, Stubbs - will be ready to replace Dunn.
